What is included in professional pre/after tenancy cleaning:

It is deep interior cleaning for windows (including window frame, window sill), doors(including door frame and handle), woodwork(skirting boards, stair cases, built in cupboards), switches, sockets, lights. All kitchen units washed down inside/outside, deep appliances clean -  oven, steam extractor, fridge/freezer, washing mashie, dishwasher, microwave. Deep bathroom/toilet clean/descaling. All floors vacuumed and hard floor moped.

Guide price list for professional pre/after tenancy cleaning:

1 bedroom apartment - £150  

2 bedroom apartment - £180     2 bedroom house - £200

3 bedroom apartment - £200     3 bedroom house - £230

4 bedroom apartment - £250   4 bedroom house - £280

All rooms except open plan kitchen/dining room and 1 launch are counted as bedrooms.

Prices could vary depending on details such as: is property furnitured or unfurnitured, how many bathrooms, how many levels.Alternatively we can offer deep/one off cleaning by £13 hourly rate per cleaner.
